Listing Policy

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LISTING POLICY BEFORE REQUESTING ADDITION OF YOUR PROGRAM.

1. VS-TEN SITES MUST PROVIDE AN OPT-OUT TO BE LISTED!
   
   
2. NO AUTOSURF OR MANUAL/AUTOSURF PROGRAMS ALLOWED.
   
   
3. NO BLOG EXCHANGES.
   
   
4. NO PAID-TO-SURF PROGRAMS.
   
   
5. WALKER SCRIPT OWNERS TAKE NOTICE - You must have a current and accurate method of contact on your home page, prominently displayed for easy access to all site visitors, not just members.
   
   
6. Programs that allow SAS, PTP and sites that run scripts in the background (cheat sites) will not be listed.
   
   
7. No Yigle scripts allowed.
   
   
8. No Harland scripts allowed.
   
   
9. No AdminEasy scripts allowed.
   
   
10. No AMCS scripts allowed.
    
    
11. Programs using the PHP-Lite script that are set to use credits based on overall site shows instead of a normal rotation will not be listed.
    
    
12. Programs with frequent surfing contests, or continuous surfing contests will not be listed.
    
    
13. You must have a published method for deleting accounts, either by way of a remove link, or instructions somewhere obvious on the website for members to delete their accounts.
    
    
14. You must notify your members by email before deletion for not surfing, not logging in or failing to meet surfing minimums. This includes selling inactive accounts.
    
    
15. Programs with weekly login and surf requirements will not be listed. If your program has login and surf minimums, login must be set to no less than 30 days, and the minimum surf at no more than 25 sites.
    
    
16. If your terms contain a statement similar to "...we reserve the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason...without notice..." your program will not be listed.
    
    
17. If your terms contain a statement similar to "...we reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and we do not have to notify anyone about the changes..." your program will not be listed. If changes are made, members must be notified that changes have been made, either by posting a notice in the members area, providing an update notation on the home page, or notice by email.
    
    
18. Manual Surf timers must be at least 10 seconds, with the exception of those programs that only allow splash pages, in which case surf timers must be at least 6 seconds.
    
    
19. Programs that bill themselves as being a free program, but require you to pay before your site can be displayed will not be listed.
    
    
20. Programs that bill themselves as manual surf, but allow autosurf upgrades will not be listed.
    
    
21. Sites must be at least seventy five percent English.
    
    
22. No pornography sites or sites containing Adult-oriented material, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, or other sites the administrators consider to be inappropriate will not be listed.
    
    
23. We do not list programs that require you to download code to your webpages other than a simple referral link.
    
    
24. We do not list programs that require you to set your homepage to their website as the only method for using their program.
    
    
25. Programs must honor referrals and referral signup bonuses at all times. This does not apply to referral surfing bonuses.
    
    
26. Programs that require you to agree to Terms Of Service that are not posted will not be listed.
    
    
27. Programs that allow excessive popups, exit ads, message boxes, framebreakers and automatic downloads or dialers, and programs that have excessive audio and flash presentations may not be listed. This includes the program login and member pages.
    
    
28. Programs with poor quality scripts or scripts that are known to have problems will not be listed.
    
    
29. Programs that do not identify what they are (such as manual or auto) on their home or signup page will not be listed.
    
    
30. Programs that appear to meet all these requirements may ultimately be removed from the website if they fail to continually perform as described.
    
    
31. Programs that send excessive emails will be removed.
    
    
32. As a condition of being listed on our website, you will be subscribed to our mailing list. You can opt-out at any time.
    
    
33. Our ultimate goal is to provide members with a convenient source for reliable and quality traffic generating programs. To that extent, should our experience with a particular program prove unreliable or of inferior quality, the program will be removed.
